Shipping Policy
Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, SAVO is no longer responsible for the package. Any delays, lost packages, damage, or delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
If you experience any shipping issues, we will gladly assist by providing tracking information.
